Trump International Hotel Tower Dubai - Master Plan

Sheikh Zayed Road is Dubai's spine. Everything the city has built over the past three decades has grown outward from this road, and the stretch between the Trade Centre District and Downtown Dubai remains one of the most valuable corridors in the entire UAE. Trump International Hotel and Tower sits right at this junction, next to the Shangri-La Hotel and within direct sightlines of the Burj Khalifa.

The broader community around the tower is not something being built. It already exists and has been functioning at full capacity for years.
