Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai is the first standalone Trump-branded skyscraper in the Middle East and one of the most talked-about new launches in Dubai's ultra-luxury segment. Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai is designed as a single vertical statement on the Dubai skyline. The tower takes its design cues from the Trump Organization's New York legacy, particularly the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, and translates that into a contemporary high-rise format suited to Sheikh Zayed Road. The result is a building that is intentionally bold in its proportions, with a glass and steel facade that changes character depending on the light and time of day.
The residential floors sit above the hotel zone from the 18th level upward, which keeps the private residences separate from the hotel guest areas while giving owners full access to hotel services on demand.
Penthouses occupy the crown of the building and come with their own private sky pools, a design detail that is genuinely unusual even by Dubai standards.
