The project sits in Majan, a growing pocket of Dubailand that’s being promoted as family-friendly, green and connected. The idea is to create a compact building cluster that keeps everyday life easy while letting residents step out into greenery when they want.

1. Residential blocks grouped around planted courtyards and leisure terraces.
2. Ground-floor retail and social spots to keep short walks useful.
3. Outdoor fitness routes, quiet seating corners and landscaped zones that aim to feel like small public parks.
