Tiger Sky Tower - Master Plan

The project is planned as a vertical community rather than a spread-out layout. Different levels of the tower are used for living, leisure, and shared spaces.

Green elements are introduced at height, including the rainforest feature. This adds a different layer to the living experience compared to standard towers.

Podium levels are expected to include shared facilities and access points. Higher floors are reserved for premium units and penthouses. The idea is to separate quiet living spaces from active areas within the same structure.

The tower is placed in a well-developed part of Business Bay. Surrounding plots include offices, hotels, and retail spaces which support daily needs.
