The Central Downtown - Payment Plan

The Central Downtown has one of the lightest entry structures on the market: 5% on booking, 20% spread through construction and the remaining 75% on handover in Q2 2028. For an entry-level studio that means a booking payment of around AED 30,000 plus the 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee, with the bulk of the price deferred until the keys are handed over. Off-plan payments are held in an escrow account. A post-handover option has also been offered on some units.
