The Central Downtown - Master Plan

The Central Downtown is master-planned as a mixed-use hub across seven acres, with four residential towers standing above a 150,000 sq.ft shopping mall and an amenity deck of more than 200,000 sq.ft. Retail, leisure and green space are stacked into the same footprint, so residents can shop, train and eat without leaving the development.

The setting is Arjan, a fast-growing district inside Dubailand known for Dubai Miracle Garden, its schools and clinics, and a wave of new mid-market towers. Aqua Properties is also building The Community Sports Arena in nearby Dubai Sports City, due for handover in Q4 2027.
