The Brooks at Sobha Sanctuary - Master Plan

Sobha Sanctuary is one of the largest single residential developments ever launched in Dubai. At 37.5 to 40 million sq.ft and with a total development value of AED 50 billion, it sits on the Dubai to Al Ain Road corridor in Dubailand, which is one of the city's fastest growing residential growth zones. More than half the community's land area is given over to open space, which is what drives the low-density character that makes it stand out.

The community is divided into three clusters. The Brooks and The Greens offer 4 and 5 bedroom villas, while The Grove is the more exclusive section with larger estate villas ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms. All three clusters share the central green spine, the crystal lagoon and the community-wide amenity network.
