The Bay Interiors - Master Plan

The Bay Interiors by Missoni is planned for Island A of Dubai Islands, in a waterfront position directly along the main marina and near the yacht club. The location forms a key part of the project’s identity, with the design intended to make the most of the surrounding water and marina views.

Dubai Islands is a multi-island destination planned to combine residential neighbourhoods with hospitality, retail, leisure and waterfront experiences. The area’s future appeal will depend on the delivery of its infrastructure, public spaces and supporting facilities.

Master Plan Highlights

1. Marina-facing residential location.
2. Proximity to the yacht club.
3. Waterfront setting within Dubai Islands.
4. Access to the wider destination’s planned residential and leisure areas.
5. A design-led residential concept with Missoni-inspired interiors.
