Reem Island is a natural island off the northeast coast of Abu Dhabi Island, connected to the mainland by multiple bridges and developed as one of Abu Dhabi's most prominent mixed-use urban districts. It houses a dense residential skyline, Reem Mall, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, multiple international schools and universities, Al Fay Park and a growing network of waterfront promenades and community green spaces. The island has been a freehold investment zone for non-UAE nationals for over a decade and remains one of the most liquid residential markets in the emirate.

Tara Park sits at the heart of this established community, with Reem Mall directly across the road and Al Fay Park within easy walking distance. That positioning is not accidental. Modon chose this plot because the surrounding infrastructure is already there. Residents do not need to wait for the community to mature. Schools, hospitals, retail, parks and public spaces are all already functioning.
