Sobha Delphine Beach Residences - Master Plan

Sobha has planned the master community around a central waterfront theme. It includes wide residential blocks facing the sea or greenery. Large green zones, parks and recreational spaces are spread throughout. A family golf area and a floating pavilion are part of the overall layout. The community centre and eco park are meant to be natural gathering spots. The master plan aims to integrate residential life with the island environment instead of separating it from nature.

The 1.7 kilometre bridge to the mainland ensures access without sacrificing the island feel. The design also leaves room for future expansion while keeping focus on open space and water views.
