The broader master plan of Downtown Umm Al Quwain aims to create a fully integrated coastal city. It connects sea, greenery, and urban life within one ecosystem.

Sobha AquaCrest forms part of this vision through five towers rising up to 41 floors, designed with a façade that flows like a wave. Each building sits within landscaped surroundings and faces the open waterfront. The design blends calm tones, texture, and movement in a way that feels distinctly coastal.
