Sea Cliff by Imtiaz - Master Plan

Dubai Islands is a major Nakheel project that spans five artificial islands and includes around 10 km of beaches, multiple marinas, extensive park areas, retail zones, dining options, and hotel developments. Sea Cliff occupies a prominent position within the residential cluster, facing the open water and benefiting from clear sea views. Internal pathways connect the various buildings, while green belts and open spaces separate different clusters to maintain airflow and visual openness.

The master plan divides the islands into distinct zones:

1. Residential areas focused on towers like Sea Cliff
2. Commercial sections for shops and restaurants
3. Dedicated hotel and leisure zones
4. Direct bridge connections to the Deira mainland.

This layout supports a balanced, self-contained community that still allows for future expansion as the destination matures.
