- Restaurants and retail points that open to walking paths.
- A large public park and green patches near the water.
- Quick access to beach areas along the creek.
- Viewing point over the creek that stretches beyond water and skyline.
- Floating deck zones for small events or gatherings.
This master plan connects homes to places for short walks, dining and small outings. It has simple street patterns and pedestrian access that do not require long travel inside the community.
