Oxford Cove - Master Plan

The design language of Oxford Cove follows a softer, more organic approach compared to the sharp-edged towers commonly seen across Dubai.

The building is planned as a low-rise structure with a focus on proportion and visual calmness. The façade uses curved elements and clean geometry, which helps it blend into the residential character of JVC rather than dominate it.

Inside, layouts are designed with practicality in mind. Studios and one-bedroom units focus on usable space rather than oversized corridors or unused corners. Natural light is a key design consideration, which is fairly standard in Iman Developers’ residential portfolio.

The overall feel is more residential than statement-driven. It’s meant to be lived in comfortably, not just viewed from the outside.
