LIV Marina - Location

LIV Marina stands inside Dubai Marina, the man-made waterfront district that has become the most heavily rented address in the city. The Marina Walk promenade and Dubai Marina Mall are both within the community, along with the restaurants, cafés, gyms and clinics that make the district work without a car. Palm Jumeirah is about ten minutes away by road, and Bluewaters Island with Ain Dubai, the JBR beachfront and Dubai Harbour are all close by. The DMCC metro station connects the area to the Red Line, and Sheikh Zayed Road runs along the eastern edge of the district for the drive to the business areas and the airports.
