Dawn at O1NE District - Master Plan

O1NE District is conceived as a next-generation commercial hub within Motor City, Dubai. The master plan covers 6 high-rise commercial towers arranged around interconnected podiums, retail promenades, landscaped zones and pedestrian-friendly pathways that make the district genuinely walkable and sociable rather than just a collection of office buildings. Dawn is the first tower to launch and sets the tone for the five that follow.
