Danah Bay is planned as a waterfront mixed use community with residential zones, hospitality elements, and retail areas distributed across the site. The layout follows the natural coastline of Al Marjan Island, with residential buildings positioned to maximise water facing views where possible.
The master plan separates vehicular movement from pedestrian zones in selected areas, especially near the beachfront promenade. Open spaces and landscaped areas are distributed throughout the development to support walkable connections between residential clusters and leisure zones.
