Venera - Master Plan

Venera sits as part of The Valley Phase 2 master plan. The Valley is designed as a broad community with a mix of neighbourhoods, parks, and retail areas. The community offers seven unique home designs including Slate, Oakley, Ravine, Serene, Nash, Vale, and Dale.

Within the master plan:

1. There are multiple large landscape zones and park areas.
2. Town Centre with shops and cafés adds convenience.
3. Sports village and trails help support outdoor activity.
4. Playgrounds and picnic spots spread throughout.

The master plan promotes a balance between urban facilities and natural open spaces. The arrangement of green belts and built areas helps make the community feel open rather than crowded.
