Landscaped parks, playgrounds, gardens, walking trails, and outdoor exercise routes are spread throughout the community to encourage activity and social interaction.
Public areas are designed to support foot traffic from nearby hotels and attractions in Marjan Beach District. This supports commercial activity within the project and adds value to ground level retail units. The overall layout supports phased construction if required, allowing supply to be released in line with market demand.
