The Strand at Marjan Beach - Master Plan

The master plan is divided into clearly defined zones. Residential clusters are placed closer to the waterfront to maximize views and accessibility. Covering 185,759 sq.m of land with a total built-up area of 500,000 sq.m, the project includes residential units, retail hubs, and green spaces arranged in a practical layout.

Located next to a large public park with bridge access to the Wynn Resort and close to premium beach clubs and hotels, the neighbourhood combines leisure and daily living. Landscaped parks, playgrounds, gardens, walking trails, and outdoor exercise routes are spread throughout the community to encourage activity and social interaction.

Public areas are designed to support foot traffic from nearby hotels and attractions in Marjan Beach District. This supports commercial activity within the project and adds value to ground level retail units. The overall layout supports phased construction if required, allowing supply to be released in line with market demand.
