The Haven 2 by Meraki - Master Plan

The Haven 2 is planned as a single 15-storey tower with 226 apartments above a ground-floor lobby and amenity level, and the landscaping is arranged so that the terrace and upper floors look over the parkland beside the site. The biophilic approach carries through the building, with planting worked into the shared areas rather than confined to a podium garden.

Majan sits inside the wider Dubailand district, a mid-market cluster of residential communities with schools, clinics, parks and retail, and it has become one of the more affordable addresses on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road corridor. Meraki Developers has continued the series here with The Haven 3, a smaller 83-apartment building due for handover in Q4 2027.
