The Autograph - Master Plan

The Autograph is planned as a single six-storey building over a basement parking level, with the pool, courtyard, gym, coffee lounge and co-working space held at the lower levels and the homes stacked above them. The layout is what makes the format mix possible: rather than repeating one floor plate six times, the upper levels are given over to the larger duplex, penthouse and sky villa homes, so the building reads as a small collection of different houses rather than a block of identical flats.

Green Group has since built three more projects under the Autograph name in the same part of JVC. The Autograph X is a completed row of three bedroom townhouses in District 10, while The Autograph I Series and The Autograph S Series are residential towers still under construction, handing over in 2028 and 2027. Buyers who would rather buy before completion can compare off-plan apartments in Dubai.
