Wadi Al Safa sits within the broader Dubailand district, one of Dubai's largest planned urban zones. The area has changed considerably over the past five years, moving from a largely undeveloped corridor into one of the city's more active family residential zones. Large green belts, low building heights and a genuine sense of space are what set it apart from the more congested communities closer to the city centre.
Taormina Village occupies a well-chosen plot within this zone, close to established schools and with reasonable road access to both Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
