Takaya Kaia sits within the Takaya master community, which is Union Properties' most ambitious undertaking in recent years. The overall development is divided into distinct residential zones including Takaya, Kalina, Melody, and Kaia. Each with its own character but sharing the same podium-level infrastructure. The master plan spans more than 2 million sq. ft. of total built-up area and includes 744 apartments, 39 townhouses, five standalone villas, 55,000 sq. ft. of leisure retail space, and extensive green landscaping.
