Solanki One - Master Plan

The Solanki One master plan is centered on creating an active and networked community. Residential high-rise buildings are surrounded by gardens, recreational areas and walkways. Sporting courts, gardens and playgrounds are located close to the residents. The plan also includes retail outlets and service areas so that customers do not have to travel far to meet their daily needs. The design promotes balance between community life, recreation, and privacy.
