Sakura Gardens is an off-plan residential community in Dubai by HRE Development, the property arm of Hijazi Real Estate. It sits inside Falcon City of Wonders in Dubailand, a master-planned community that has been one of the more consistent performers in Dubai's suburban residential market over the past few years. The project was officially launched in November 2025 at Emirates Golf Club and covers 49,000 sq.m of land with a total built-up area of 127,500 sq.m spread across a low-rise format that is noticeably different from the tower-heavy projects that tend to dominate new Dubai launches.
The concept behind Sakura Gardens is directly inspired by Japanese design principles, specifically the idea of calm, balance and connection with nature. The name itself is a reference to the Sakura cherry blossom, and that thread runs through the architecture, the landscaping and the way the community has been planned. At the centre of the project is a car-free park, and everything around it, from the shaded walkways to the courtyards and the building setbacks, has been designed to reduce noise and movement and give residents a genuine sense of quiet within a busy city.
Unit options range from studios all the way through to 4-bedroom duplexes and townhouses, with prices starting from AED 897,750 and handover scheduled for Q4 2028.

Architecture
The architecture of Sakura Gardens takes its cues from Japanese minimalism, which in practice means the design avoids excess and focuses instead on proportion, natural materials and the relationship between built space and open space. The buildings are low-rise, which keeps the scale human and allows more of the site to be given over to greenery and outdoor areas rather than footprint. Every pathway in the community is shaded, every courtyard has been positioned to catch natural breeze, and the layout is deliberately car-free at the ground level so that the central park and surrounding gardens feel continuous rather than interrupted.
