Rose Gardens 1 - Master Plan

The project is a part of the Jumeirah Garden City which is a large-scale community within a grand master-plan of around 9 million sqm comprising residential, commercial, shopping and leisure facilities to accommodate thousands of residents. Jumeirah Garden City is imagined around a main canal, promenades, beautifully designed parks and integrated mobility including light rails and roads. Rose Gardens 1 takes advantage of such an environment to provide residents with green public spaces in the form of community facilities, retail outlets, cafes and a well‑planned neighborhood and vibrant community.
