Reem Nine - Master Plan

Reem Nine is planned as a single 20-floor tower of 206 apartments, set back from the water with the park and canal on one side and the island's residential streets on the other. Every apartment was laid out to bring in light and a view, whether that faces the mangroves, the seafront or the city, and the amenity floors are stacked through the building rather than confined to a podium.
