Reem Five - Master Plan

Reem Five is planned as a low-rise residential building rather than a tower, with the amenity space lifted to the roof so the pool and deck take the view instead of the parking levels. The lobby uses natural light with soft lighting and floor-to-ceiling wooden tiles, and the lifts serve a small number of homes on each level.

SAAS Properties has since built two larger towers on the same island. Buyers who want more space or a newer handover can look at Reem Nine, completed in 2023, and Reem Eleven, handed over in Q4 2025, or compare the developer's other new projects across Abu Dhabi.
