Radisson Blu at RAK Central - Master Plan

RAK Central is planned as a large-scale district spanning over 3.1 million square feet. It will include commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential zones within a connected urban area.

2. Retail streets for shops, dining, and services
3. Residential buildings near key facilities
4. Integrated road links and pathways
5. Public spaces where people can gather and walk

The goal is to make it easy for people to live, work, and visit in one place without long travel times. Roads inside the district connect directly to the E11 highway, bringing quick access to the rest of the UAE including other emirates and major cities.
