Dubai Hills Estate is an 11 million square metre master community jointly developed by Emaar Properties and Meraas. It sits between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina, positioned along Al Khail Road, and covers everything a family or investor could reasonably need within its borders. There is an 18-hole championship golf course, a 54-kilometre cycling and jogging network, over 1.45 million square metres of open green space, multiple international schools, a major hospital and a regional shopping mall.
