Oceana by Reportage - Master Plan

Oceana sits within Dibba Al Fujairah, a coastal town on the eastern shore of the UAE along the Gulf of Oman. The broader masterplan of the project is structured around two towers sharing a ground-level community that includes gardens, pools, a promenade and retail. The layout across the two basement levels and the ground floor is designed to keep cars underground and give the surface level entirely over to pedestrians, greenery and the beach.
