Nakheel Rixos - Master Plan

Dubai Island spans 17 sq.km across five interconnected islands to the north of the city, developed under Nakheel's masterplan and supported by the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The vision is ambitious and specific.

By the time the island group is complete, it will have 86 km of beaches, marinas, golf courses, hotels across luxury, wellness, boutique, family and eco-conscious categories, a water park, a lifestyle oasis park, a marina village, sports facilities and a complete retail and dining infrastructure. It is not being built as a dormitory suburb. It is being built as a destination.
