Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 11 - Master Plan

Phase 11 is part of a larger master plan. The whole community is low density and it focuses on family life. Green corridors connect neighbourhoods and the master plan mixes villas, townhouses and community hubs.

The design aims for walkable streets. It also aims for safe play areas for children. There is a focus on outdoor living whereas the landscape design creates quiet pockets for reading or small gatherings.

1. School and retail provisions within the neighbourhood.
2. Amphitheatre and event lawns for community gatherings.
3. Water features and landscaped plazas that anchor the estate.
