Lunara at The Strand - Master Plan

The Strand is RAK Properties' most ambitious project to date, covering approximately 185,759 sq.m in the Marjan Beach District. It has been planned as a walkable, mixed-use destination with multiple distinct districts, each serving a different aspect of daily life. Lunara sits within the Urban District, which is positioned as the active core of the community where residential, retail, dining and co-working spaces come together.

The broader Strand community includes:

1. Residential towers, ground floor retail and F&B, co-working and social spaces
2. Cultural and creative use spaces planned within the masterplan
3. Landscaped green zones oriented around wellness and open-air recreation
4. 1.5 km of landscaped walkways connecting the districts
5. Plazas, public parks and event spaces woven into the layout
6. Planned beachfront hotel portfolio within easy reach of residents
7. Wynn Bridge connecting The Strand directly to the Wynn Resort on the mainland

The Strand is designed for the long term. Rather than building a single landmark tower, RAK Properties has structured this as a place-based community where each phase adds to the overall sense of a functioning neighbourhood rather than an investment-only address.
