LIV Waterside - Master Plan

LIV Waterside is planned around a single waterfront plot rather than a single building. The 27-storey tower holds the apartments, duplexes and duplex penthouses, while the townhouses, villas and the mansion sit at ground and water level with their own entrances, so the house formats read as houses rather than as large flats. The amenity levels are held within the tower and give the pool, spa and entertainment spaces a marina outlook, and the villas add private rooftop entertaining areas of their own.

Dubai Marina is a built-out district, not a developing one, which is what gives a plot like this its scarcity value: the promenade, the retail, the schools and the metro all exist already, and the waterfront itself is fully allocated. LIV Developers has several other buildings in and around the district, including LIV Marina, LIV Residence and LIV LUX, so the LIV name appears more than once in Marina searches. Buyers looking at the newer waterfront district next door can also compare Dubai Harbour.
