LEGADO is designed keeping in mind the urban lifestyle. Communal living is the theme of the development, within spaces filled with green parks, walking tracks, and communal places which encourage a low-stress and healthy existence. It is a single-tower approach that is made with a classic amalgamation of glass, warm tones, and uncluttered architectural lines.

The main building is arranged so that the lower sections are based on podium facilities, parking, and community areas, and the upper stories contain residential and sky villas. The tower is designed to give each apartment better views, more privacy, and plenty of natural light.
