Jubail Island Residences - Master Plan

Jubail Residences is part of a master plan with six communities on Jubail Island. Each community has its own style and offers a variety of experiences, all set within beautiful landscapes inspired by UAE’s culture and nature.

These communities are connected by green spaces, roads, and walking paths to create a united neighborhood. The plan of action concentrates on:

1. Low-density residential development to preserve natural surroundings

A central hub, “The Souk,” serving as the cultural and social nucleus

Eco-preserved mangrove forests covering 4,000 hectares

Over 30 km of waterfront shoreline and scenic canal views

1. Integrated educational, healthcare, and commercial zones

The master plan fits into the long-term sustainability plans of Abu Dhabi, and it presents some of the ideal living standards, which is living in a pristine, nature-rich environment.
