Greenz by Danube - Master Plan

Greenz by Danube is arranged as a structured townhouse and villa neighborhood. Internal roads connect each cluster while keeping traffic controlled. Pedestrian pathways run alongside landscaped strips to encourage walking within the community.

Open green areas are placed between clusters to avoid a crowded feel. Play areas and shared facilities are positioned centrally so they remain accessible from all blocks. Retail spaces are planned near the entrance to reduce internal congestion.

Parking is provided within each unit plot. Visitor parking bays are distributed across the site. Entry and exit points are monitored for safety. The overall planning supports privacy while still allowing social interaction within shared areas.
