5. Available unit types are studios and 1 bedroom apartments, with 236 studio units and 382 one-bedroom units.
6. Unit sizes are to be confirmed and pricing is available on request from DAMAC Properties.
7. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2030.

Architecture

Cetara by Damac Properties takes its design cues from Mediterranean coastal towns, where architecture tends to be real and unpretentious. Clean facades, light tones and an emphasis on openness rather than grandeur. The four towers are arranged to increase lagoon-facing views and to allow natural light and ventilation to move through the apartments.

Natural light is a deliberate design priority, with windows sized and positioned to bring the lagoon views in from as many angles as possible.
