Belgrave Gardens - Master Plan

Belgrave Gardens by Ellington Properties is structured around themed courtyard spaces. Each cluster connects to shared green zones that encourage walking and community interaction. Instead of a single central tower, the project spreads across multiple mid-rise buildings.

The layout designed by Ellington allows residents to move easily between pools, fitness areas, and open lawns. Pathways are designed for both short walks and casual evening strolls. Seating areas are placed within shaded zones to support outdoor use throughout the year.

Retail outlets are positioned at ground level in selected sections. This keeps daily needs within reach without disturbing the residential character of the community. Parking areas are planned to reduce surface congestion and maintain open landscaped views.

The master plan reflects a balance between private living and shared social areas.
