Azizi Sikander - Master Plan

Al Furjan is a JOP (Jointly Owned Property) community developed primarily by Nakheel, spanning a large residential footprint between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in the New Dubai corridor.

It is an established, mixed-use community with a clear identity as a mid-market family and investor district. Three metro stations, a 40-kilometre cycling and jogging network, community parks, a dedicated community centre and a growing retail base all sit within its boundaries.

Azizi Sikander sits on Yalayis Street, one of the main internal roads that connects to Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro network. The project is close to Al Furjan Metro Station on the Route 2020 Metro Line, which links the community directly to Dubai Marina, JLT, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Expo City Dubai without needing a car.
