Arisha Terraces follows a courtyard based planning approach which shapes the entire community layout. Four mid-rise buildings are situated around a large landscaped open area. This central space acts as a central point where residents can walk, relax, or meet neighbors. Pathways connect the buildings to shared facilities which encourages movement across the community.
The ground level includes landscaped gardens, seating areas, and play spaces. These zones help create daily activity within the project rather than isolating facilities in one single corner.
Rooftop areas are also used for community functions. Gardens and sports facilities add another layer of shared space above the main buildings. This multi level planning helps distribute activity across different parts of the project.
