Arada CBD Cluster 2 is part of a wider Central Business District planned within Aljada. The layout supports walkability and reduces dependence on vehicle movement within the district.

The entire CBD is integrated into Aljada, which is a large mixed use development in Sharjah covering residential, commercial, education, and entertainment components. Cluster 2 contributes to the overall business district by adding office capacity and supporting infrastructure.
