Phase 3 is already done and handed over, so existing resale units are currently available- usually vacant upon transfer. The payment usually goes like this:
Down Payment (to the seller or through agent): Normally 10-20%; negotiable.
Balance Payment: It is paid when title changes hands and it is paid through banks/mortgages or direct financing.
No Developer Payments: Unlike off-plan, no 2-year or 4-year payment plan is offered by the Developer at the moment.
