Danube Downtown Tower - Master Plan

Business Bay is not a new community being built from scratch. It is a fully developed, fully functioning district right in the heart of Dubai. Sitting along both sides of the Dubai Canal and directly south of Downtown Dubai, it covers roughly 46.9 million sq.ft and houses over 230 towers across residential, commercial and mixed-use categories.

The broader Business Bay community that surrounds the project includes:

2. Bay Avenue Mall for day-to-day retail and dining needs
3. Marasi Business Bay promenade with floating restaurants and marina facilities
